Psychiatry at Banyan

Psychiatry & Medication Management

Board-certified psychiatrists providing thoughtful psychiatric evaluation and ongoing medication management, in your language and in coordination with your therapist and the rest of your care team. Some clients are best served by medication alone. Others do better with medication and therapy together. We match the treatment to your clinical picture, not to a formula.

Care in Your Language

Psychiatry that speaks your language

Language is not a small thing in psychiatry — it shapes how you describe your suffering and how well we can help. Our psychiatrists provide evaluation and medication management directly in five languages, without interpreters, so nothing is lost between what you feel and what your doctor hears. For our bilingual and bicultural patients, that difference is the treatment.

One Team, One Plan

Integrated with your whole care

01
Medication + Therapy, Together
For many conditions, research shows the best outcomes come from combining psychotherapy with medication. Because our psychiatrists and therapists work on one team, your treatment is coordinated by design — not left to chance between separate offices.
02
Informed by Testing
When diagnostic questions arise — ADHD, cognitive change, complex presentations — our psychiatrists collaborate directly with Banyan’s neuropsychologists, so medication decisions are grounded in comprehensive evaluation rather than guesswork.
03
Patient-Centered by Principle
Your values, goals, and cultural context inform the treatment plan. Our psychiatrists view medication as one component of mental wellness — most effective within a relationship built on trust and a clear picture of who you are.
