Dr. Bhatti is committed to creating a therapeutic space in which clients feel seen, understood, and respected within the full context of their identities, relationships, cultures, and lived experiences. Her integrative, person-centered, and culturally humble approach emphasizes psychoeducation, collaboration, and a strong therapeutic relationship.
Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), trauma-focused and exposure-based therapies, experiential and narrative approaches, and family systems work, Dr. Bhatti helps clients understand and process their inner experiences, reconnect with their authentic selves, and build lives that feel meaningful and aligned with their values.
She views healing as both an internal process and one shaped by relational and systemic contexts.
