Dr. Watson is a clinical neuropsychologist who works with adults with a variety of cognitive, behavioral, and mental health needs. She conducts comprehensive evaluations to aid differential diagnosis, identify strengths and weaknesses, and make recommendations to support mental and cognitive health. She is bilingual (English–Spanish) and medically certified and trained to conduct cognitive assessments in Spanish.

Dr. Watson completed specialized doctoral training in Clinical Neuropsychology and earned her Ph.D. from UC San Diego. She trained and provided clinical care to patients at UC San Francisco, Palo Alto Veterans Hospital, UC San Diego, San Diego Veterans Hospital, and San Diego State University. Her approach to assessment is evidence-based and tailored to each patient's background and individual experiences.

She has clinical expertise in working with a wide range of neurological, medical, and mental health conditions including neurodegenerative disease and dementias, stroke, traumatic brain injury, HIV, substance use disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder.

Dr. Watson has published over 25 peer-reviewed scientific publications examining factors that influence cognitive and mental health across the lifespan. She is a member of national and international neuropsychology organizations including the International Neuropsychological Society (INS), the Asian Neuropsychological Association (ANA), and the Hispanic Neuropsychological Society (HNS).
